Jakarta, 31 March 2023 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform based on total revenue, achieves FY22 revenue of Rp14,8tn – driven by the successful handover of landed projects, sustained healthcare growth, and business recovery in malls and hotels.

Real estate’s 4Q22 revenue increased significantly by 46% QoQ to Rp1,4tn – mainly driven by the successful handover of 495 units of Cendana Parc, a landed housing project developed in Lippo Village, Tangerang. Meanwhile, LPKR achieved marketing sales of Rp4,76tn in 2022.

Healthcare’s revenue, which is anchored by LPKR subsidiary, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk. (SILO), remains stable in 4Q22 with 3% QoQ increase to Rp2,6tn. SILO was a major contributor to LPKR’s total revenue by 64% in 2022.

Meanwhile, lifestyle business continues to show recovery with a 15% QoQ increase in revenue to Rp332bn in 4Q22.

Nevertheless, we recognize the challenging macroeconomic backdrop, and need to adjust our strategies to mitigate the financial impact of greater economic uncertainty and rising interest rates, among other factors. Entering into 2023, we will focus on completing project handovers on time and capturing more demand through new launches, while maintaining the strong operational performance of our healthcare and lifestyle business.”
