LPKR Increases Ownership In Siloam Hospitals To 57.9% In Line With Company's Focus On Healthcare And Sustainability

Jakarta - PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk ("LPKR" or "Company"), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform by revenues, disclosed today its acquisition of additional shares in PT Siloam International  Hospitals Tbk (“Siloam” or “SILO”).

From 29 Mar 2022 to 18 Apr 2022, LPKR acquired 330,416,800 SILO shares at an average price of Rp1,098 per share, implying at 7.95 EV/EBITDA multiple, and a 9% discount to yesterday’s share price. This acquisition of shares increases LPKR’s ownership in Siloam to 57.9%, up from 55.4%.

 

This increase in ownership is in line with LPKR’s focus on healthcare and sustainability as a key driver of growth and value.
