LPKR's Marketing Sales in Semester I 2023 Reached IDR 2,48TN 50,6% of this Year's Target

Jakarta, 27 Juli 2023 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform based on revenue, announced its marketing sales results of IDR 2.48tn for Semester I/2023, supported by a diverse product offering and consistent product launches. This achievement fulfils 50,6% of the marketing sales target of IDR 4,9tn in 2023.

Landed house sales remain the primary contributor to the marketing sales achievement in Semester I/2023, driven by several product launches, including the new product named The Colony @ Himalaya and the continuation of Cendana Homes clusters in Lippo Village, as well as new blocks and SOHO units in Newville, Lippo Cikarang.

The contribution of landed house sales amounted to 53% in Semester I/2023 or equivalent to IDR 1,32tn. This was mainly supported by the Cendana Homes Series, which contributed 70% to the landed house sales or 37% of the total marketing sales.

In terms of location, Lippo Village remains the largest contributor to marketing sales in Semester I/2023 with a 41% contribution, equivalent to IDR 1tn, followed by Lippo Cikarang with a 25% contribution, equivalent to IDR 628bn.

Entering Semester II/2023, LPKR continues to focus on offering diverse property products, marked by several new product launches scheduled to take place in the coming months. These diverse property products are offered at varying prices to meet various demand segments, ranging from residential properties, low-rise housing, industrial plots, burial plots, commercial land, shohhouses, to land sales.
